1. SIGN IN OR REGISTER
By signing in, this will allow you to have access to all properties listed on Swapee! You can browse through listings and save any of the listings into your “my swapee” account to easily find your selected properties.
2. SWAP
Click the Swap button to list your current property(s). Fill out your listing profile and add up to 6 photos of your property(s). Note: To generate more activity, you should also include what you would be willing to trade for.
3. SEARCH FOR PROPERTIES
Continue browsing daily as several new properties are posted daily. Once you locate a property, contact the Seller and negotiate a Swap.
