Ask yourself what your ultimate goal is. There are several different angles of trading that you may greatly benefit from. If you have a high dollar property or a property in an area that is difficult to sell, consider trading it for another property of lesser value or in a higher demand area which will make it easier for you to sell. If you are sitting on land and would like to generate positive cash flow, consider trading for a home or commercial piece which you can rent or lease and receive monthly income. Otherwise if you are in need of quickly selling your property, be willing to compromise a little to get that much closer to your ultimate goal by trading with another property that is somewhat close to your search criteria. Keep an open mind and the opportunities will come to you. In the end, trading can save you a lot of money, time, and stress.

A: Swapee! is an online site for trading and selling real estate. Swapee! markets and advertises the properties and does not conduct real estate business or facilitate the sales or trades.

Q: How do I Swap or Trade my property?
A: By searching the Swapee! database, you will have access to several properties. Many of those properties are also listed by Sellers who are willing to trade their property for yours. As the database grows, you will have more opportunities for trading your property. Trading is simple. You have a purchase contract for each property with a contingency for a dual closing for both properties on the same day. A qualified Real Estate Broker, Title Company, or Attorney can also assist you in this.

Q: Can I post a property for Sale or Trade?
A: Yes. You will have the option to post a property for Sale or Trade, For Sale, or For Trade. It is important to keep an open mind for trading as well. Even if there is a slight possibility that you would trade your property, I would include your property for Sale or Trade to increase your marketing activity.

Q: Will my contact information be visible for all people to have?
A: No. Your contact information is hidden unless you put any of that information in the Description of the listing. Potential Buyers/Sellers will only be able to contact you through the “contact seller” button of your listing. The other person will be able to send you a contact message which will be sent to your email.

Q: What if my property is currently listed on the MLS or by a Real Estate Agent/Broker?
A: Swapee! recommends everyone to list there property on this site. You or your real estate agent can market your property on Swapee! Many real estate agents have already registered with Swapee! We welcome everyone, as this is a great marketing tool and strategy to get your property sold.

Q: What fees are involved with Swapee!?
A: It does not cost to register with Swapee! You may conduct full searches at any time with no cost. The only fee that you pay is $5 monthly to post a property. There is a discount for multiple listings. You will be given those options at time of payment. You will be able to post your property for Free for 30 days. You may cancel at any time.

Q: What type of property can I post on this site?
A: You can post Homes, Land, Commercial, Condos, Townhouses, Villas and more. You may also cross trade in different categories.

Q: What if I need help in facilitating the trade or sell of my property?
