Shipping Policy


At Swapee, we pride ourselves on delivering your wall art in a timely and efficient manner. The following is our shipping policy which outlines how we handle production, shipping, and delivery of your purchased items.

Production Time

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we require 1 to 4 business days to produce your wall art. Please note, this is just the production time and does not include the shipping time. We appreciate your patience during this time as we ensure your art is crafted to perfection.

Shipping Time

After the production phase is completed, your wall art will be securely packaged and sent to the postal office for shipment. We then require 1 to 4 business days to deliver the product to your provided shipping address. Please note that these times may vary depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.

General Shipping Information

When calculating when your order will arrive, please consider both the production and shipping times. All orders are shipped during business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

Shipping Rates

As of now, we have one shipping option available - Standard Ground Shipping. It's flat rate is 9 EUR. Please note, this cost may be subject to conversion based on exchange rates at the time of your order and the country you stay at.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This allows you to easily track the progress of your shipment and get an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Issues

In the event that your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the case of a customer-initiated return, where the correct product was delivered as per your order, you will be responsible for bearing the return shipping costs. The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

If, however, the return is necessitated due to a mistake on our part, there's no need to return the original item. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost, taking full responsibility for the error.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
